Autocrossed My Bronco! Video of Fastest Run

Hey all!

My school was having an autocross race this past weekend, and I figured why not see what the Bronco can do???

All things considered, it did AMAZING!!!

Not once did I feel like it was about to flip, and it handled like a champ.

The Bronco was probably 3x the size of all the other cars there, but still managed to make all the turns without any problems.

The fastest time I heard was from a 350 HP GTI at about 50 seconds. My fastest time was 65 seconds.

So, the Bronco won’t be winning any autocross races anytime soon. But man, it was so much fun! It is absolutely incredible that these vehicles can go from crawling over massive rocks to taking tight turns at 35 mph.

I attached the link to the video of my fastest run, which looks super slow on camera but I promise it felt much faster…

The final times aren’t out yet, but I do know I got a faster time than a guy who was out there with a Mustang (at least, i was faster than his slowest time lol).

I think there were definitely some slower laps (hopefully!) but I will let you know once they come out with places!

Thank you!! No cones sacrificed, but I did go off course on my second run so I got a DNF

Maybe I should’ve run over the cones and seen how much of an offroad beast the Bronco is lol

Just cut across the infield ... that'd show them! I'm pretty sure my Bronco could have climbed over my Miatas that I used to autocross, fun times!

I’ve autocrossed most of my cars but SUVs and trucks are banned (I think the vehicle has shorter height wise than wide). Was there any resistance to you registering and running the Bronco?
