hereās the instructions I found on a Maverick forum that worked for me. I use the keypad for this. Only real tip I have is that the letter partdoes not work the way I expectedā¦ you press the key for the letter and then the position of the letter on the key & thatās how it knows the letter.Okay..called ford, got the number trying to read it to the CSX automation system does not work. Keypad does nothing got any tips? Thank you!
1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352
2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.
(for location)
3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes
81814192 #
4. Then enter the number part of you rail car ID.
And then enter #
5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")
