I took my Bronco in for Service, and a clitch with the driver power seat. My dealer is World Ford in Pensacola. . They sent me an inspection report, and photos of my Bronco. I haven’t dealt with a dealership since 2007 before purchasing the Bronco, so this was a pleasant surprise. Is this the norm now?

One of my buddies dealership for his SUV has live camera feeds. You can watch them working on the vehicle the entire time. Pretty cool imo.

A lot of dealers are starting to do similar. Ive also heard of some higher ends actually having video to watch the tech as mentioned above.

As a service writer and dealing with technicians on a daily basis Id highly advise against that
