Ford Bronco 2022 Badlands hood not secured properly? IMG_1975

I was poking around under the hood and noticed that on both sides of my hood the lower hood bolts aren't secured. Can anyone else confirm/deny?

My 2021 has the lower nuts...you look to be missing a couple.

You must have opted for the gelding edition
Good one! Nutless Bronco. I mean this sucks that the nut/nuts is/are missing but your joke was funny.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

It's interesting that the threads appear discolored where you would expect to see the nut, I wouldn't expect to see that if the nut was never installed.

Seems a bit fishy to me. The nut was definitely on and tightened, you can see where it scuffed the paint on the hinge.

I will give the OP a little credit and say maybe they had to do some extra body work at the factory and had to take the hood off. If looks like the other nut has been put on and taken back off based on how messed up the paint is on it.

Yes, that's what I figured. Hood came off to do something and someone was in a hurry to finish the work day.

In any case I brought it to the dealer and they've put something in place for now and ordered the correct nuts.
