Thank you for this !! Fantastic document.

Reading through it I am curious on the roof rack load. I was familiar with the 110/400lb ratings but it shows 0 lbs if equipped with 315/70r17s.

Is there something about that tire size or maybe it’s the Sasquatch package in general that negates the use of the roof rack?

That's actually a bad copy/paste from the 2023 document that got carried forward to the 2024 document as well.

For the 2021 model year, the roof rack load was 0 lbs on 315/70R17s due to increase risk of rollover caused by the higher center of gravity. In 2022, Ford added a rear stabilizer on the Sasquatch package which (I assume) was included to overcome that limitation, and therefore model years 2022 - 2024 have the same 110/400lbs rating on all factory configurations.

Obviously the individual who put together the 2023 document used the 2021 document as a starting point, and that was an update they missed. Here is what should be in the document for both 2023 and 2024:

Ford Bronco 2024 Bronco Equipment Install Guide [Official] 1708794801406

Note that if you did not order the Sasquatch package from the factory, your vehicle will not include the rear stabilizer bar, and therefore your recommended load rating on 315/70R17 tires is likely the same as 2021 model years—0 lbs.

Great info, thank you very much!!
I did get the Sasquatch package and was going to get a rack so I was kind of confused since I could have added the factory rack in my order without any warnings on load ratings.

The load chart references 37 x 12.50/50s...is that a Braptor spec or a typo?

@RagnarKon is there a Ford equivalent upfitter/body manual that lists the connectors locations, names and details pinouts like GM has?
