The other thing to consider is that their price is based on the MSRP at that time the window sticker was generated. So while the current price doesn't reflect the expected depreciation of a 2 yo vehicle, it also doesn't reflect the price increases to the MSRP that have occurred annually. If you are set on one of them, have them throw in the extended warranty - a product that they have full control over the cost.

Since you mentioned bigger tires, this might be the best deal out there (almost $14K off sticker) on a new truck but I'm sure it's higher than you were hoping to find.

Curious why the previous owner would have removed the capable bumper that the Black Diamond came standard with and replaced it with the plastic bumper. They had to do more by also jettisoning the front bash plate and recovery points. And that’s why they still have ”new” 2024 Broncos sitting on their lots. The dealers are delusional time wasters holding out hope that a potential buyer, with no knowledge of the internet, walks in after being hit on the head causing them to lose all of their common sense. Having a new 2024 vehicle sitting unsold on their lot screams that you should do business elsewhere. Reasonable dealers are already discounting 2025 model year vehicles to clear them out. There should be a special “wall of shame” for dealers with 2 + year old new/old stock Broncos. That’s almost as bad as dealers and owners trying to sell their used Broncos for more than what’s commonly advertised for a new one.
