Any chance that desert sand is metallic? Id love that. I guess that would technically be more like “beach sand” though.
It is not.

  • Carbonized Gray
  • Eruption Green
  • Ruby Red
  • Shelter Green

What's the latest on when a refresh will be coming? 2026, or beyond?

When I made a reservation 10 hours after the launch in July 2020 with about 50,000 other fine folks, there was a lot of worry about purchasing the first wave of a new vehicle.
Now sitting here with my wife's 2-door Outer Banks, 2.7 engine, and 4.27 gears for under $44,000, we are so happy!

I would agree, especially if it involved serious coding, but with the YouTube tutorials adding the drive modes is very easy. Stock rock rails and steel rear bumper definitely leave some to be desired, tho I think the modular bumper is one of the better options available. Stock skid plates are decent, but definitely need a trans skid if you have an auto.
I agree. I find the modular bumper to be a great looking bumper and an amazing stock option, particularly when you think of other brands. I just wish it was heavier gauge. Same with the skids, the front skid is decent gauge, but the others are pretty light duty.
Technically it's not anymore ... compare the '23 OG to '25 ... the word modular is even removed from the 4 door Heritage.

I however ... will continue confusing everyone by calling it as such because there is a difference between it (modular and painted) and the MIC top.
I am not talking about Ford, but the community at large. People still call it or refer to it as the MOD top.....

Yeah I'll just say, all of this makes me miss my '21 Antimatter Blue Wildtrak even more.

New here please be patient if this has been asked, I’ve read most of the post’s for 2025, apologies if some of this has already been asked.

Do you recommend purchasing hard top from ford or aftermarket? If aftermarket what brand do you like best?

Will most likely purchase Badlands with Sasquatch option and Hoss 3.0. Any other “must have” Ford options? Any options that are coin-toss and best to do with aftermarket mods?

Appreciate any input. Have never ordered a vehicle I typically buy gently used, ordering is a whole new world to me

I'm hoping there's a way to retrofit the rear-seat vents into my '23, hopefully it didn't require a redesign of the floor somehow so the air channels run differently...

I don’t see anything about an updated screen- unless I missed it. How the hell does China get this stuff and we don’t?
Read again. The Base is said to have a 12" electronic instrument cluster. The current model has a 8" cluster. That tells me its getting a new cluster, probably the same one China has. That said, maybe China deserves a better cluster since they make everything and we don't make $hit.

I dont think this was mentioned yet? I was digging around on Base model stuff.

Sasquatch™ Graphics Package (50U) is optional on Base, Big Bend™, Outer Banks™ and Badlands™ series only.
Besides the fender trim badges reflecting the optional Sasquatch package, I can only think of the Sasquatch silhouette sticker that is placed over the rear BLIS sensor panel. In previous model years, it was only on the Heritage editions.

Sounds like an easy money grab by making it optional. I don't understand why the graphics package is limited to the 4-dr Base and not the 2-dr Base.

Here's the graphics package on the Sport, imagine it's close to the same ...
