270 Awning on OEM style roof rack install

Other than some home made brackets, there isn't much out besides generic ones you can find on-line.

I pulled the trigger on TOPOAK 270. Good reviews, good materials used, illuminated, best of all ...the price!

The brackets that are included actually worked quite well. I did remove one of the top caps on the rear humps.... But it fit perfectly!

Nice fit. I built a 270 Awning for my home built trailer getting the mount just right was a bit of a challenge. Good to see it works on the factory rack. That is a lot of cantilever weight on that rack so the rails have to be stout.

Just to confirm, OEM roof rack +awning out of the box, and it works? No need for custom made bits and pieces …?
