It will “roll” on 37’s with zero offset wheels, but it will not be dirt approved.

I did a 2” perch collar, zero offset wheels and some minor plastic trimming on my 2Door Badlands SAS. View attachment 602211

If you want to 37s with zero rubbing/issues...
  1. 2-3" Lift. If > 2" lift you'll need new upper control arms as well.
  2. New wheels or wheel spacers with ideally 0 offset or less. (But I think technically you can get away with +15 or less.)
  3. Some trimming of the fenders and crash bar mounts (depending on your lift and exact tires).
  4. Alignment
It this is just a "for looks" build, you can get away with less work honestly. But as @Ramble_Offroad said, it won't be dirt approved.

Wheel offsets are measured in millimeters and the factory Sasquatch wheels are +30.

1.5 inch = 38.1 mm

+30 - 38.1 = 8.1mm

So you'd end up with effectively a - 8 offset wheel.

Thanks, would you think that would be to much negative offset? I juts got a killer deal on these KSP spacers, but ultimatly want to buy a set of 0 offset RTR wheels.

Nah.... we're talking 8 millimeters here. Less than a centimeter difference.

With your Sasquatch shocks. 2” spacer lift, 1” body lift, JKS kit RC rack bushings & 3/4”-1” wheel spacers would easily fit 37s and keep everything within safe limits.

Somewhat late to the club but a 1.5" spacer will put you into negative offset, like almost a -10et wheel. A 1 inch spacer on a sasquatch wheel will give you the equivalent of a +5et wheel.

The closest to 0 would be a 1.25 inch spacer.

I'm always late to the club. I posted on another spacer thread here but didn't hear any replies so thought I'd try here.

I am running a zero offset 17x9 wheel with 37's on my SAS. My tires sit flush with the outside of my fenders. I am looking for a little, not a lot but a little more poke, personally I think it looks a little out of proportion still sitting flush. I want to add as little as possible but cannot find anything anywhere saying what the "minimum" spacer you can run without trimming studs are. I reached out Borne Off-Road and they said their 1.4 is the smallest they think would fit without trimming but I am wondering if anyone has tried or really knows. I see some post on here that they use a 1" and no issues so totally confusing. I was thinking a 1" or at very most a 1.2" because I don't want that weird poke but just out a little so it doesn't have that (some have said it on here) mail jeep look but I don't want to look like the fool with the wide spacers...you all know the look I'm talking about lol.

Anyone know exactly first hand the smallest spacer you can put without trimming the studs?

"EDIT".... Has to be aftermarket wheels. The factory SAS wheels have a notch or something in them that allows a little play. Aftermarket has zero play.

Thanks y'all in advance.
