I recently purchased an aftermarket grille from an auction. It is a copy of the Wildtrak or Everglades grille. I got a really good deal ($50). The only thing is it didn't come with the letters. The factory ones need to be drilled or melt the plastic rivets for removal. I don't want to go this route as it would leave the factory grille incomplete in case I wanted to sell it. I was wondering if anybody knows or has the 3d printer files already? I found UPR has them in all different colors but they are $90.

OEM from Ford are about $90 also. I doubt they'll much cheaper 3d printed.

I have a 3d printer so it would be pretty cheap for me.

How do you plan on doing the pins? If you are using FDM, they will not be very strong if printed with them standing up.

I was hoping to find the models already designed. I tried to design my own from scratch today and it became a little too time consuming for me. I went ahead and purchased the UPR ones instead.

After I had already made the purchase I found these.....

These could be modified and have the pins added on. If somebody makes a replica of the UPR or OEM ones ready to print would be amazing.

Probably a smart move on your part. Perhaps if you used a 3D printing service it would be ok but the DIY printers using FDM wouldn’t be the best choice in my opinion.
