That's not what OP said and, well, the second part of my response still stands...they are probably going to be dismantled.

Last 4WP I went in to was absolutely decimated for inventory. More open shelves than inventory and that was in Boise Idaho in January. Wouldn't surprise me.

OK, just please understand your messaging is quite confusing. After you posted that 4WP is being sold and I asked who is buying you said, and I quote here, " this is why I'm asking 4WP the question ". Sorry but based upon that I thought you were stating that you had some contact or something at 4WP that you were asking. My bad.

Still curious if someone finds out as it is very unusual for a company to be sold twice in less than 12 months - and we don't even know WHO is buying at this point. Very strange rumor indeed.

4wp did more harm to the industry than anything, be gone with them. Offroad shop use to mean gears, lockers and winches. 4WP killed the mom and pops doing good work by undercutting install prices with Jiffy-Lube techs...

LOL, typing out "4WP" in a post on an internet forum doesn't have the same effect as lighting up the bat signal...you need to at least find out if they're on this forum, and if they are, you have to tag them before you can halfway expect any kind of response from them. Doubt you'd get any kind of solid info regardless.

Sorry to bring this thread back to life, but Wheel Pros did by 4Wheel Parts, however they sold the warehouses and inventory to Meyer Distributing, who is blowing out the 4WP stock. So, if anyone is interested in anything, like the OP mentioned UCAs, message me and I'll get you pricing up to 50% off (maybe more!).

I'm hearing rumblings of company buyout or going outta business?? Considering a 4WP UCA but concerned if no future support/warranty.

WheelPros recently acquired Transamerican Auto Parts, which had numerous brands (such as 4WP) under it's belt.

WheelPros has been buying up a lot of brands lately such as Terraflex and Morimoto to name a few. They also own Fuel, Niche, Moto Metal and a lot of other wheel companies.
