What do you guys do about a shady sales guy? We just have the one guy at my local dealership that does all the bronco sales. He never sent me my order number and tracking email until the middle of May (that he got in April) and now he's telling me that my Bronco won't be in until the 7th or 8th of July (when he knows I have a trip I'm leaving for the 7th on that I'm hoping to take the Bronco). Except that Ford chat I did said June 29th - July 3rd.

Make him aware that you are in contact with Ford chat and are getting daily updates so don’t try jacking me around. He may just be giving you the worst case date along with the time to get through PDI.

I did tell him I had contacted the ford chat and gave him the dates they gave me. He originally tried telling me 2 weeks, then after I told him about the chat, he said July 7-8th.
I also told him that we had gotten the financing done at our local credit union and he seemed upset that we weren't going to do it through them. Why would I sit there for 2 hours when it took 20 minutes at my bank because they were able to transfer the information from a previous application we had done. He's been pretty hellbent on us doing the financing with them.

Funny thing... received the infamous "Dear John" email at 2:43am. Fifteen minutes later, got another email saying my Bronco is built. An hour after that, ANOTHER email telling me it's been shipped! Estimated delivery to Texas is 7/12-7/25!!

My Bronco’s status has moved back to Order Confirmed. I’m so excited!! Any idea how soon my rail car info will be available from marketing.

Dealer and Ford had already confirmed built on Monday, my tracker finally updated to built this morning.

More important question is, where are you located? “Here” doesn’t help the rest of us in transit know if ours are getting close.

I’m in Fort Mill, just south of Charlotte. I was tracking mine through the CSX phone number and it was offloaded on Saturday. I figured it would be sitting in the rail yard in Dixiana for quite a while longer.
