I don't know about yesterday, but after BN members started getting their emails from Ford today the mood is decidedly more & than & !

Anyone want to fill me in on what I've missed around here on 06/30?

Ps. Are we believing Ford that is Bad Batch will have new roofs in October or are we thinking it'll be November before any actually leave Dearborn?

I, for one, do not believe them. I think December is the earliest I will see my Bronco.

While I'm being non-positive, you know what grinds my gears? They kept our built MIC units at MAP and there were at least SOME with MIC that were produced after us and shipped anyway. Now those people who got their Bronco first with later production will also get to drive their Bronco around until November/December knowing they'll get their replacement roof before us too!

"In September" . . . The fact that none of the communication we have been given lists solid dates means that this is a completely fluid solution and subject to change. I hope Ford can deliver on their promises, but given how poorly this release has gone, I wouldn't hold my breath. The new top is a different design, and Webasto will be under immense pressure to pump these out. We have already seen what happens when they ramp up production, and it isn't pretty.

A lot of us "Bad Batch" members are in less than ideal situations (No vehicle, old vehicle needing repair, loan preapproval expired, etc) and giving us "Bronco Swag" isn't going to cut it for the vast majority of us. Shipping these Broncos ASAP with the "Ugly Tops" was and still is the right thing to do. I don't want to hear about shipping cost, shipping damage, logistics nightmare, or whatever other excuse Ford cooks up. If you mess up, you pay to make it right, no matter the cost. The amount of goodwill Ford would gain from consumers far outweighs the cost. I can see it now, news headlines all over the internet "Ford is picking up the tab to ensure you get your Bronco ASAP", "Ford takes loss to ensure its loyal customers are satisfied". I can only speak for myself, but I was planning on purchasing Bronco accessories from Ford, but after this I no longer have any interest in giving Ford any more of my money. Ford believes that we will forget all about this the moment our Bronco arrives, but that is very wishful thinking.

Ford may have told us when we "might" expect our Broncos, but in reality we are still in the dark, and one slip up away from another delay.

I couldn't agree with you more, it would also help tamp down rumors that there's more wrong with the tops than just cosmetics and we could receive vehicles with mold and water damage inside.

Only I can think to do at this point is push this petition and get enough sigs that Ford will have to make the right choice: http://chng.it/FvbKt9m8

Anyone read the thread where Broncos that are in transit (rail) and yet to be delivered to dealerships are now being rerouted back to MAP!?!?!?

I think it’s a split late October to November. November and December also for FE

I’ve calmed down a bit since Thursday. Just checking in with my people here to say hi and get some hugs and give some hugs. Cheers.

My financing will expire in September and my project beemer will have to somehow survive as a daily for a few months into seasons I don’t normally drive her. Crossing fingers she lives.

I looked at vehicles on Thursday but nothing inspired much love from me. They aren’t Broncos.

Nothing to do except hunker down.

I read this also. The only thing that might be worse than doing time on Dirt Mountain is thinking you escaped, only to be recaptured
