I've been thinking about this. Before I was convinced I'd stick it through to the end, but this is my first new car purchase, and honestly a lot of money. How am I going to feel when it finally comes in December? After seeing months of soft top Broncos hitting the road, knowing that MY22 is a month away and I'm just receiving my MY21, and it sat in a lot somewhere for 6 months. I actually might be willing to place a fresh order and get a MY23 at this point, at least I know that most of the kinks will have been worked out and there still wont be as many of these on the road as there are Wranglers.

I’m just worried about any manufacturing snafus that will most likely pop up when the new tops go into production

As long as top production hits is daily rates with no snafus it really wont matter much. The ones in the wild add up to a couple days of top production..we all just need to hope the changes are easy to implement and produce

I shared the news today with the buyer of my Bronco. I have been keeping him updated on all the rumors and touch base with him every couple of days. He took the news like a champ and said he would stick with me even after I recommended he find another Bronco in someone's possession. I think it is the product of good communication even if I never had anything solid to share...something Ford has never given us. He is also a great person it seems. I can't believe I'm still on this roller coaster, now for the sake of my buyer. I just don't understand why Ford doesn't deliver us the broncos with the bad tops and then make Wabesto cover the cost of shipping the replacements to us. Seems like a strategy that would yield a lot more customer satisfaction and would help Ford recognize revenue for wall street. I am not understanding their logic of protecting us from bad tops they intend to replace. They are turning the rebirth of the Bronco into an abortion. I believe this is the noise we need to make...#shipbadtopbroncos. I am certain I am blocked by Mr. Levine for all the hell I raised on the mansquatch. Need you guys to deliver the message.

Probably a lot longer than usual since they’ll have to add a bunch of other steps to get the stench out from sitting for 6 months, replace tires, exterminate the critters, etc.
