Is 269 as nice as 69 and 169? If so, NICE

Slightly more on-topic: If the divide between blend dates and timing for roof replacement is "accurate" than I'm not expecting to get a built email until Tuesday or Wednesday for my 6/30 blend. The 7/2 blenders appear to have been promised October replacements which would put 7/1 on the last day of the month and working backwards... yeah, math.

It makes me feel better to pretend there's logic in this process

09/24 UPDATES:
  • Thanks for everyone's responses yesterday, we have determined the transition dates for each months Roof Replacement estimate:
    • Transition between September & October is 07/02- Rotation# 2657
    • Transition between October & November is 08/02- Rotation# 3061
  • Cleaned up the Tracker:
    • I reached out and confirmed all "Built" status, some were in error thinking their "Produced" status meant "Built" where in DM's case it still means "In-Production".
    • Filtered out the Soft Tops as my assumption is they are picking them ASAP outside yesterdays estimated release schedule
    • This cleaned up the list A LOT! and we now have something that looks a lot closer to FIFO than what was previous portrayed (sorry eh 🇨🇦)

A lot cleaner for sure, but also means they've put out less than we thought too

Unfortunately you are correct.

I just want to know what contact Hitman and Cigar talked too to get theirs built so quick :p!
Perhaps they met an Exec at one of the Off-Roadeos?

My other half got the rail car number by calling and talking to just a random sales person instead of the bronco specialist!(y)
Did you track yet? Does the rail show movement prior to the supposed ship date you were given by Ford?

No it went from the plant to just over the border in Ohio. So no early ship, that's really what I wanted to know.

Still no updates for me. Marketing line is saying they still don't have any info to provide but that additional communication will be going out in mid October.....

Dealer also doesn't know anything. Their field rep was supposed to give them a list of affected vins and estimated time to replace the tops by yesterday and they haven't gotten that yet either. He's saying even the field and regional reps don't know anything, that Ford Sr. leadership is handling the whole thing and not sharing any info at all. Gotta say at this point I am a fool for continuing with this.

I'd like to know that as well.

I also want to know why it's apparently going to take Ford longer to replace one part on all these cars (that's supposed to be super easy because it's a part you're SUPPOSED TO TAKE OFF) than it did to produce all of these cars in the first place. Seems like the inventors of the production line should be pretty fast with a 2 stop production line (take old roof off, put new roof on).

Another "hardtop roof scheduled for replacement in October" got a built email this morning. 😂😂 They were a 7/12 blend. (happy for them, BTW)

Looking forward to next Friday... Will we all have built emails and be celebrating or will we be saying we knew that email estimate was BS? 🤔
