Sad to think our subscription services will be expired by the time we take delivery.

At this point I just want Ford to tell me it's going to be approximately X more days/weeks before they ship mine. I don't even need a reason. Checking for updates is just killing my productivity...

I hope they're strategically parking then as they come off the line. If they're still installing hard tops, that's 100s a day to then go back and comb through.

I reached out to my dealer and told them I'd swap to a soft top if they can find a way to install them post production.

Same. I've started trying to turn to screws on the dealer sales team to pressure the regional Ford rep for that exact resolution. Hopefully, I get some good news today, be it either a timeline, a reason, or a solution.

I'd be happy with 2...

They will probably wait till Friday afternoon to tell us it will be 6 months till ours are able to leave, cause they have some extra tops but they all went to the VIPs that got their trucks already but with bad tops. They will apologize to those customers for sending out their rides without good tops, and assure them that their new tops are being overnighted by FedEx to their houses. Ours will wait for an occasional extra top that the factory happened to produce, when they have a good day because the remaining number to be built have already been accounted for the rest of the model year. Here is 1000 ford points to those affected.

Just send me the Bronco already as it's a lot safer in my garage than sitting outside with a potentially suspect MIC top. When they're 100% sure the build quality is up to spec on the top send it to the dealer as a warranty claim. It's more likely additional issues will be created by just letting my Bronco sit there for weeks on end.

I will be reaching out to our regional rep to see if they can get any information. Even if they come back and say it will a couple of weeks I am perfectly fine with that, but this lack of communication even at the dealership level is appalling. As our store’s Bronco Specialist and Social Media Manager I have to respond to our order holders and frankly saying “I am sorry, but I don’t have a solid answer for you” is getting old. Our store now has 4 Broncos that have been built as of today, and all of them are currently sitting “In Production”. If Ford doesn’t come out by this Friday to give some indication as to what exactly is going on at MAP, I can no longer find excuses for Ford. I just want to give a huge thank you to @PREMiERdrum for the information he gave us yesterday. I know this mess isn’t due to the great workers at MAP, in my eyes this is a PR and Customer Service failure. I know that much of what I just said has already been voice by many on this page, but I wanted to let you guys know that us dealers are just as sick of this as you are.

It sucks being stuck in the middle with no more info than the people asking questions. This is all on @Ford Motor Company , we are the customers. Not only their business depends on their interaction with us, but also everyone who works at the dealer as a representative of them.

Not a single update in almost a month from Ford or my dealer. While my dealer has been super responsive, they don’t seem to know any more than we do. What I do know is that my dealership has been receiving Broncos for the Off Roadeo event for Austin, but they have not received any customer orders or mannequins.

As everyone else has shared, it’s frustrating to be in this unknown and unacknowledged grouping, while others are progressing right on track.

Window sticker remains the same (minus the update date at the bottom) and the tracker remains In Production with a 6/30 date. No ’built’ indications on my end.

Wonder when we will know anything.

Thanks for doing this @aj_benedetto. My dealer emailed his rep yesterday for this very reason also. Maybe if @Ford Motor Company hears from enough dealer reps instead of just unhappy customers something will get done.

I know people are going to bitch at me for saying this but it needs to be said. Bezos can fly to space and land a reusable rocket, and we can't even get a decent plastic hard top made.....

@Ford Motor Company give up on the hard tops already and ship them all with soft tops.

I talked with the GM of my dealership this morning and he's going to contact the regional rep as well. Hopefully the more dealerships that do this the more pressure it puts on Ford to provide proper communications.
