Watch my hammock have a hole in it . . .
Pretty sure most of us got the email (minus our Canadian friends). I don't know how your dealer can say it was in transit at "some point". They can check that status every day any time they want.So has any of the 6/30 blend group gotten the emails from Ford confirming the delay? I ask because I’m a 6/30 blender and I have gotten nothing of the sort. I was at the my dealer today who showed me a memo from Ford stating all in transit models will have the hard top replaced via warranty by the dealer. He claims mine was marked as “in transit” and some point and is hopeful I could still get mine. I’m trying not to get my hopes up but he asked me to give him a few days to confirm.
I agree, it made no sense to me especially given that I live 2 hours away from MAP. He claims he checked it everyday and mine showed In transit before the hold was put on all hardtops. I saw you and a few others post the email but not many. Not sure what to make of not getting onePretty sure most of us got the email (minus our Canadian friends). Have him show you the vehicle visibility report.I agree, it made no sense to me especially given that I live 2 hours away from MAP. 57 here.Day 48: Day off today. Going to the grocery. Avoiding the lego bronco at all costs. Threw a rock at a tree. Cried.
Kinda late to ask this, but are we counting from date in production- like entered the line, blend date, or produced date?57 here.
I think blend date but honestly can't remember. What is one days difference really?Kinda late to ask this, but are we counting from date in production- like entered the line, blend date, or produced date?
Personally I count from my blend of 6/30 because the dealer visibility shows Produced 6/30, My In Production is 7/1.Kinda late to ask this, but are we counting from date in production- like entered the line, blend date, or produced date?
It would be nice if Ford underpromised and overdelivered for once.Maybe just maybe, they are way ahead of the schedule they told us since they have known about this issue since early June. I was looking at the pics of the two door at my dealer and it said bad top on it. Very wishful thinking though. I have to have some optimism though since I am a leader in my profession.
