A/c Control unit replacement

Has anyone replaced the ac control unit before? Not the whole panel, just the ac unit.
I just replaced my unit, with a new one direct from ford parts, but now the heated seats/steering wheel and the ac button do not work. I’m wondering if this may need a reflash from the dealer.
Hoping someone here has some experience in this area.

Yes, it needs to be programmed.
If I remember correctly, you can do it with forscan and I think the instructions are somewhere in here:

Sorry can't help you. Just took a 1500-mile trip and noticed the A/C blower ramps up for no reason. I never use the auto setting.
