A couple positive product reviews… RX Plastic Cleaner Polish & Carhartt/Covercraft rear cargo protector

First, I picked up some cleaner for my factory soft top windows and am very pleased with it. I stopped by my local West Marine and the store manager recommended this product…

Works excellent!! Used a microfiber to apply and a dry microfiber to buff it in, small circles at a time. Great product and it is 1/2 the cost of the brand model. Store manager mentioned they sell more to Jeep owners than boat owners…

Second product is the Carhartt/Covercraft rear cargo protector…I specifically bought a BD for its wash out interior and the carpet on rear seat back made no sense to me. I found this product on Carhartt website and I love it! Not only does it keep seat back free from dog hair it also creates a nice cover for rear cargo and tailgate…fit is excellent and it comes in Carhartt brown and grey which matches nicely.
a bonus to this is the ability to deploy the flap to tailgate, change out of waders/ boots and also have a clean place to sit while doing so…

Also it’s not unseemly or sloppy looking while looking at it from front, straps/clips can tuck in under the fabric

I was always told not to rub in circles on a soft top window, and never to rub a dry cloth on it (I believe it says this in the corner of the window too). May be best to apply in straight lines instead of circles? Not sure if someone can jump in who may have more experience with soft top windows to confirm.

You may be correct!! I was only going by what store manager said to do.. I’ve been happy with it so far and as advertised it did a nice job

How much was the Carhartt cover?

I believe around $$180 but for some reason I got 20% off at checkout I think it cost more around $150 but it’s typical Carhartt quality, nice straps and not too bulky
