I bumped into one at local recycler for USD 130, no harness. Anyone know whats the harness is, approx cost, and install dificulty?

It's not hard to swap that aux panel, but for it to actually do something you'll also need an all-new wiring harness and a new fuse box.

You can get the switch panel assembly brand new online for $80-100.
$130 doesn’t seem very good for a used one.
