Accessory Switch Delayed Accessory

The section in Owners Manual that explains Asscessory Switches mentions Delay Accessory being turned on.
This is supposed to turn on the ability to use an Accessory Switch with the ignition being turned off.

I have search the Owners Manual and this forum and can not figure out how to turn on Delay Accessory.
Can any of you help me find this?

Delayed accessory works by keeping accessory power on after the ignition has been cycled off and before any doors have been opened. If you want to use something powered from the Aux switch for an extended period of time you would need the ignition on or engine running. All the aux switches in the Bronco are on a delayed accessory circuit
