Just be patient and wait for the hard top. The bottom line is, regardless if it is snow or sun, these soft tops eventually require replacement. Unless you only keep vehicles for a short period of time, you will have a faded, chaffed , torn or in need of a linkage adjustment soft top. Just my two cents.
Same can be said for the MIC top. All things fade over time if left out in the elements.

I definitely recognize this is not a buy it for life item, so I'm prepared to replace it every few years if needed - but as someone that has never had a soft topped vehicle, it seems I under estimated the durability of the top!
