Advice on Big Bend Sticker Removal and Classic Bronco Badging Replacement

Am thinking about removing the stickers and replacing with chrome "Bronco" script badging. For those that have done the same, any advice on the sticker removal? Also, did you get your Bronco badging at the Ford dealer?

The sticker peals off like any other sticker. Pick a hot day and work a corner. It is thicker vinyl so it shouldn't tear. Once it starts just keep applying pressure. I had a heat gun but I don't think I used it.

When applying the Bronco Script, clean the area thoroughly and use LOTS of painter's tape. I stressed out worrying it would be crooked so it took me a long time but I am happy with the results.

I chose to put my Badlands sticker on wax paper and keep it inside a zip-lock bag, just in case.

I used a heat gun on its lowest setting and gently pulled my emblem off. Be careful cause too much heat will stretch the decal. Hair dryer might work better. Also too much concentrated heat can affect the paint if youre not careful.

As for the script emblems order them from Amazon <$20

Just removed mine about 5mins ago and used one of them to dress up the Bronco Off-Roadeo yeti I had

Videos and threads on this topic. It’s really easy to do. Goo Gone helped me take residual adhesive off before I put The script on fender.

I put mine on the bottom corner of back glass. Looks better imo.

I got my script kit from StickerFab. I liked that they sent everything you need to put the new script on including a template that you can tape on your fender to ensure that everything is straight.

Did this yesterday with a hair dryer and some masking tape to help with alignment. Was very easy just like everyone said. A little goo gone, alcohol, microfiber cloth wipe down, and script badge install and really like the results.
