I have a wildtrak . It has an aftermarket stereo system. I have taken it to the local ford dealer near me 3 times and also the local car audio store to look it over and no one can figure out cause of the issue. When I disconnect the the stereo system from the battery the TPMs alert does not happen after driving it . But if I reconnect it and then drive for 20ish minutes it will pop up a tpms alert again for the front passenger wheel. I have had the tpms sensor replaced and also rotated the wheels and did a battery reset and the same issue remains. I disconnected the speaker cable for the front passenger speaker from the amp located in the back and it didn’t pop up the alert the next time I drove it. I’m still diagnosing since I just did that to make sure it wasn’t just a random time that the alert didn’t pop up. Anyone have this issue?

Could be a bad ground or your speaker wire is causing EMI. Try isolating your wiring

Does TPMS trip after 20 minutes only if system is playing music or all the time?

Does TPMS message go away if you shut down and restart vehicle?

TPMS system is an RF transmitter (sensor in the wheel) and a receiver on the chassis (body control module). Somehow that speaker is tripping the BCM, not the transmitter. I suspect a possible pinched speaker wire shorting out somewhere or bleeding RF into the factory harness.

Is the speaker wire going to the right front speaker factory harness or added? If added I would run a separate temporary wire to that speaker (just loose through the interior is fine to test) and see if that stops it. Also make sure amp is grounded to bare metal.

Grounding is to spec.
It’s has Added wire to the front right speaker .
I was thinking the next step to take would be to just disconnect the wire from the speaker and leave the wire hot from the amp and see if it’s still triggering the TPMs. If not then that would lead me to believe it’s the speaker. If it does still trigger then that would lead me to believe it’s the wire. Them at that point use a replacement temporary wire to see if this resolves the TPMs alert from popping on.
Sometimes the TPMs will come on and stay on for 10 minutes and sometimes it will stay on until the drive is over and then shut off hours later . Yesterday I turned off car hopped back in 15 minutes later and the light went off.
when the stereo is off it still pops on because the amps/speakers are still receiving power.

A ferrite on the power supply to your amp might be needed.

Update.

I pulled all the speaker wires from the Audison 5.6 amp and drove over 200 miles over the weekend and no issues with TPMs. The audio tech guy at local shop said he thinks next step is to put a speaker line into the amp one at a time and drive on each to see which is causing the alert.
My thought is though one at a time my not trigger with any of the speaker wires but when all ran at the same time would create enough rf interference to cause the TPMs alert to pop up again .
