I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to thank you for supplying that link !! There are a lot of different amps similar to the fusion one, but that have different harness connector dimensions. Ones with the correct dimensions we're going for $140, THIS LINK IS $75 . THANK YOU !! - going with the kicker 6.75 like everyone else to replace the factory fake.
i just bought a used 2023 Wildtrak a month ago and am realizing i have the dummy amp and speaker, and want an inexpensive way to get a little more bass, so this seems ideal - i'm going to order one off Ebay. thanks all for leaving this info!

As someone who's done both the Fusion amp/6.75" and the Kicker 200.1 and 8" I would not bother with the Fusion/6.75" if you enjoy any noticeable bass at all. I replaced all my speakers and added the Fusion/6.75" and was completely disappointed even after all the FORSCAN mods. Just sounded like a set of decent speakers with no sub.

If you're going to pull apart the plastic panels, best to only do it once and get some actual noticeable bass results with the 8" and dedicated powered amp.

do you have the part numbers for us for a plug-and-play solution? i did some searches and AI prompts and it seems pretty custom and labor intensive. is it around $200 and less than an hour install for someone who doesn't often modify subwoofer boxes?

Some people who are really seeking a lot of bass may think that the kicker 6.75 ain't enough - BUT, IMO it is a very large improvement from stock with no woofer. In fact I had the 2 ohm 6.75-in and ended up ordering a 4 ohm instead because the 2 ohm had a little much thump for me. I I posted a different thread about this, but I picked up around 20 dB with the kicker 6.75
