Even the base model is incredible when your DD is a 2008 or older vehicle. My Escape has a fucking aux cable, that's my fucking option LMAO

That looks so good!!! Well done!!Just joined the forums after lurking for a couple of months and thought I'd introduce myself and my Bronco so here goes...
I am the proud owner of a base (and I mean base) Bronco 2-door. As the guy who normally checks all the boxes on the order form (for my company cars) I forced myself to order the $28,500 base bronco 2-door with the manual transmission. I ordered it in November of 2020 and picked it up on my birthday in January 2022.

I was thinking that I could avoid a mid-life crisis by making it my own and having some fun off-road. So far so good.
So with checkbook in hand, and inspired by this...

Here are the updates I have done so far...
-Method 316 Wheels (Matte Black)
-35" BFG All Terrain KO2s
-RPG Perch Collars
-Running Boards (OEM)
-custom vinyl
Plus some miscellaneous... heated seats (Michigan), OEM hitch and wiring harness, and upgraded the base audio just enough so my old ears can hear it with the top off (who knew Crutchfield was still a thing?). My biggest regret so far on ordering the base is not getting the steel front bumper, but hopefully I can find something aftermarket...
And here is where I am so far.

The RPG collars provide a level and small lift - like an inch in the back and 2 in the front.Nice work! Did you do any lifting or suspension modifications to add those 35" tires? Or is that a stock suspension?
Maybe another $6-7k. Biggest $$ in wheels and tires.BEAUTIFUL JOB! How much more $ you figure you got in it?
Baxter wants to know why you didn't go with the chrome wheels???Maybe another $6-7k. Biggest $$ in wheels and tires.
Nice setup on the rig. I've been looking around for bumpers as well and currently the ARB front and rear look like some of the best options for someone not wanting a front-mounted winch. If you want a front-mounted winch, then there are many other options. My biggest regret so far on ordering the base is not getting the steel front bumper, but hopefully I can find something aftermarket...

Hi Matt - thanks for the note. Yes, I am all dialed into the MBC website now and the MBC forum on this site also. Looking forward to meeting up and going on some rides with some more experienced folks.Have you joined the MI Bronco Club yet? We have about a ride a month and should start a bit longer trail rides this month (so far Holly Oaks and Silver Lake for organized rides).
