Any idea when Moab Off-Roadeo will start?

Do we know where the Rodeo is? I want to plan a few days of family vaca around the Rodeo but have no idea where in Utah it is going to be.

I'm looking forward to Moab opening. It's nearby so it's an easy choice for me.

At off roadeo Texas on Wednesday I was told Moab should open end of summer and they going to be using public trails.

I was at the Texas Off-Roadeo on 7/4 and 7/5. One of the guides who I spoke to today is going to be the program director (can't remember if that is the exact terminology he used, but it was something like that) for Moab. He said that they don't have dates set yet. They're going to have a base camp somewhere with existing buildings (they built the base camp in TX and had to do a lot of site work to set up trails, etc) and use the public trails. So lots of logistics to figure out. He made it sound like the dates for Moab were as uncertain as the delivery date for my Bronco. The TX Off-Roadeo was a blast though. The guides were fantastic and they have things set up really well. Sounds like they're still trying to hire folks to work in Moab if anybody is qualified/interested.

Ok sonit sounds like they cram everything into just 1 day now. Kind of seems like we're getting short changed.

In addition now you're paying for what, 2 night in a $350 hotel so you can go 1 day?

Just registered for the 26th...damn expensive with the $200 deposit and paying full price for my wife. They say they'll refund the difference when you show proof of the $250 voucher. Then add the price of the hotel...
