dont think we could just right away, but Im clueless about e85 as we dont have it in Jersey really
What's funny is that in Arkansas, it's about $.40 more per gallon to get it without. We have it around here, north Dallas.

Ok, hold on. e85 is good? We can run it in our (2.3i) Bronco's now? In lieu of or mixed w/91-93? I've got questions!
Not yet.
I'm not familiar with the Ford Ecoboost to know what would be required to run e85.
In every other boosted application I've run it in it was worth what ever I had to do to run it though.
It's not complicated though. The most important thing is the tuning which I believe is the hold up here. Otherwise it's just making sure your fuel system can flow as much as is needed.

You can mix 4-5 gallons with 93 or 91 if the bronco is empty. Straight e85 the bronco won’t run

So whats the hold up btw on the ECU, how different is it compared to the Mustang and Rangers?

Not plug n play and not the same ECU. The hold up is the ECU the encryption is using a rolling key via 5G so it is always checking itself. This will take time and people requesting companies to continue to push and willing to pay extra money for the hijack of the ECU etc etc.

We need someone to provide a custom tune I don’t have to drive to Canada from sw Florida to get. E85 is about a 40 min drive from me which will definitely give hp gains mixed with 93 but I’m not exactly getting great gas mileage as it is.

The moment we have access we will have custom tuning for you all :)

I don't get it... am i missing something? ...do all you flatlanders just drive these rolling bricks around real fast on roads? What's the fetish going on here? Do your mall crawlers really need 600hp?

God damn right i do. But I settled for 500.
nothing like that bronco lifting the front tire off the ground when boost hits. Like a trophy truck with the fox setup. So much fun.

I’ve had modified turbo Subarus for the last 15 years, ran E85 in my 2011 STi for like 10 years and currently planning an E85 flex fuel turbo upgrade build on my 2020 STi that should put me close to 500 whp.

I have no desire to have that much power in my 2.3 Bronco, but an intercooler, Downpipe, fuel pump, injectors(if needed) and E85 custom tune for an extra 100 whp would and maybe more torque would be nice.

I already have the FP tune which is a huge improvement over stock but would be great to see some more parts a custom tuning like the Ecoboost Mustangs are getting

A set of downpipes is all this market is missing, I’m confused on why the ranger has options but not the bronco? Are the designs vastly different?
