Compared to all of my other vehicles, the Bronco turn signal indicator (blinker) volume seems obnoxiously loud. I've had passengers comment on it as well. Is there a way to turn the blinker volume down in Forscan?

I asked this question here a while ago and got no response. My guess is there is no fix, but I'd like to be proved wrong. I think I'll be using my turn signals less than usual if my order ever gets built.

If it has its own dedicated tone box, you could put a piece of tape over the speaker. If I had to guess, you might be able to change it with forescan. I seem to remember there’s a way to also turn off the door chime with it as well. Would be one of the first things I do.

You can move to SC and never worry about using your blinkers again. My guess though since the top goes down the volume needed to go up.

Test drove the dealer's demo and the blinker noise was one of the biggest reasons why my kids said to not get a Bronco 😂
So hopefully this thread makes progress while I'm awaiting my build.

It's loud so you can hear it with the top off.

We used to wrap electrical tape around the signal clicker…

If it's similar to the F-150, it is its own electronic module behind the instrument cluster and Forscan can't do anything for you. You'd have to rip open the dash and put tape over the little box.

Unless the Bronco is different (doubtful) it's loud and proud forever.

Which is unfortunate - I hated the sound when I test drove it....if it gets on my nerves too much I may end up finding the little module.

On the positive side I hate drivers that leave their blinker on driving down the road. We don’t have to worry about being one of those idiots 🤣🤣🤣
