Anyone running the Allied Expedition Tailgate Reinforcement?

I ordered it on impulse a few days ago and it just got here. It doesn't have room for any real storage without the rack (did not buy the rack) but it has antenna mounts and seems pretty decent. Before I go through the hassle of installing it I wondered if anyone is currently running it and has feedback. After I ordered I started thinking about a the expedition one rear bumper.

I purchased and installed this one. Not bad but i really dont like the fact that it sit on top of the paint behind the tire. I put electrical tape behind it in attempt to prevent paint ware.

I’ve decided to sell it. It’s a solid unit from what I can tell but I’m going to pony up and buy the expedition one swing arm rear bumper.

I need to watch those impulse buys.
