Anyway to track a Bronco that's been "Shipped?"

Just saw the status of my Bronco

changed to "shipped" from "built". Any other way to track it outside of the ford website?

Chat with Ford, they'll give you the railcar number, then call the CSX line (1-800-235-2352) to track. Be prepared to be moderately frustrated with voice recognition.

When I just tried the chat they said this information wasn't available. Is there anything specific I can tell them to look for or a place they can find the railcar number? Thanks.

There's a whole tracking tab at the top of the forum that gives you all the information, or use the link provided above.

There are multiple threads, but you may focus on "unofficial awaiting shipment" or "unofficial in transit" threads.

You will not be able to track unless you get your rail car number. It must come from either the dealer, or ford chat.

Each may or may not be willing to give it to you, so you may just have to try a few times.

Personally for me, I used Ford chat and opened up with saying how I've waited 700+ days for it to be built, two and a half months to be shipped, and could I please have my rail car number so I could track it... They gave it right up with no grief.
