Are 2 door and 4 door clamshells the same?

By this i mean the rear section of top. Are those the same size? I am thinking of doing a skyrider setup and i see two door hardtops for sale . Wondering if i can make this work on a 4 door. Or maybe i am crazy? (And/or)
If there are any after market top makers, i might try to offer this. i dont know if i am the only guy but for me the skyrider setup is the perfect one for having the back lift glass with an easy open front. Its like the “reverse mullet” of tops. Party in the front, business in the back.
