Are the front seats the same for 2dr and 4dr?

Ordering seat covers and wondering if a 2dr base front set is the same as a 4dr base front set?
I ask because nobody lists a 2dr set and I don't need the rear as I'm doing the seat delete.

2 door fronts have the pull handle for rear seat access. You could put a 4dr seat cover on and cut a hole for the handle, or just leave it covered since you’re removing the rear seats anyway

Wet Okole has the proper 2 door seats and you don't have to buy the rears.

Also, they are offering a 15% discount right now, or at least they were at beginning of week.

but Ford also sells neoprene seat covers that have the proper pattern for 2 Door seats, but the sides are not covered for air bags I guess.
