Audio tab greyed out/can’t access

Today I started my Bronco and everything seemed fine at first. Then I noticed the audio tab was greyed out and I couldn’t press it.

SiriusXM was already playing and I could change channels with the steering wheel buttons, but I couldn’t access the audio tab and I couldn’t drag the SiriusXM screen over to the big side.

I haven’t tried disconnecting my phone yet to “force” it to the radio but I will soon, but has anyone experienced this before? I have the 12” screen.

Did you try turning the vehicle off again? Of so, try resetting the system.

I have turned off the vehicle and back on, same result. How do I reset the system?

Nevermind, I think I found it. Power and seek right for 10 seconds
