Has anyone had trouble with the Auxbeam switch panels? Mine worked perfectly for 8 months, now when I press a button, the red indicator lights flashes but no switching action. All of the buttons do the same. Anyone else experience this?

Well.

It’s cheap for a reason.

You can try the warranty route, they will probably take care of you - but it will take time. May be easier to just buying another and replace the part that’s broke (not much to them - the button pad, the part under the hood, the connector between them that is probably just fine)

K so if that was the RGB I'd say try using the app. it honestly sounds like possibly a power issue.

With the unit powered on, UNPLUG the switch from the unit. Then plug it back in. Does this fix it?

Double check the switches wiring... meaning the white plug that plugs onto the controller board. Make sure no wires are cut. It's possible you knicked a wire maybe putting the cover back on (ask me how I know to check that lol). If it's just getting power but no signal, it doesn't know what to do.

thanks! I’ll try those things and look for knicked wires. The problem is intermittent, but mostly not working…ironically, though, it hasn’t failed since I posted this! LOL!
