Is there a way to turn the clutch activation system into a button? Were you could put the bottom under the hood or in the cabin of the vehicle.

The clutch is a lever that rotates 180 degrees with a fair amount of resistance. I’m sure if you were some sort of robotics wizard you could figure out some sort of actuator - but I’m not that smart

You should use a jam nut on your threaded rod, it will definitely work itself loose again.
