BB 24hr Test Drive...Any questions?

Just picked up my dealer's mannequin for a 24hr test drive...Big Bend, Area51, Mid-Package, 2.3 Auto, 10spd, cloth seats, soft top, squatched. First Impression...AWESOME! Previous test drive reviews pretty much touched on all aspects...couple of items that stuck out to me;

- the 2.3 w/ 10spd and Squatched surprised me...there's plenty of power for entering the highway and passing. I had doubts on the 2.3 pushing the 35s...no issue at all. Anyone who ordered this combo will not be disappointed.
- IMO the ride is extremely good...stable, quiet, comfortable and eats up rough roads in town and on the highway.
- Area 51 looks better in the flesh...sweet color and matches the BB gray accents quiet nicely. I'm still in the Iconic Silver camp but A51 is a very close 2nd.

If anyone has anything specific they'd like to see/confirm I'll do my best to check it out & respond.

If mI’d-package = 8” screen, can you try tuning into a known HD FM radio frequency, and seeing if the non-12” screen supports HD Radio?

The more stuff like this I see the more I realize how bad my dealer sucks.

I guess test drives are different for every dealer. I wasn't even aware my dealer was offering test drives until my so-called Bronco specialist was replaced.

No leather on this one. Truthfully I like the feel of the wheel in my hands dimension wise but it's not the highest quality material.

I've purchased vehicles from my dealer in the past but it's been more than several years. I do have one on order (7/14 early reservation) and $1,000 deposit. The dealer is actually offering the 24hr test drive to anyone, not just order holders. Small dealership, as far as I know only allocated 18.

I think you may be one of the first to give your impressions on a 2.3 four door squatched. I also have reservations about my decision to go with the 2.3 with this combo. Thank you so much for your good impressions! I feel better now! Did u get any mpg readings while cruising on the highway?

Like I said, I was really surprised...you won't be disappointed. I've only had a chance to do a short trip on the highway and was pretty much putting it through it's paces. Around town the MPG was showing 17.1

Yes, it’s leather. It doesn’t really ‘feel’ like leather but it’s nice enough. Not sticky but not slick.

No leather on this one. Truthfully I like the feel of the wheel in my hands dimension wise but it's not the highest quality material.
