I did contact support, and they told me reinstall and tighten the bolts down more. I did those and no help.
I did notice that most of the noise was at higher speeds.
There is a Velcro wrapper support bar you can see for inside the cab. I wrapped the bar in foam and duct tape, this cut down 89-90% of the noise, when I went back out on the Highway.
Hope this helps.

Been mentioned many times. Not sure I’d use duct tape though. That will become a sticky mess in the heat. The Velcro should be more than enough to hold the foam in place.

Well..sometimes there's a GOOD ending. Took lots of photos of the issue with mine, and @Bestop_Team is sending me a replacement. Extra Great Props to a company taking care of its customers!!!

Keep us updated if you would please.
Hi. Got a replacement. Much better. Has the two additional halo brackets. Going to start a new thread regarding a center rear bracket issue.

Anyone have the best top sunrider? I installed one on my two door and the wind noise at 70 is unbearable. I tried adjusting the top forward as much as possible, and it's still extremely loud. It's almost like it isn't close enough to the header and wind gets in between the soft top and the weatherstrip on the header. Love the idea of the thing, but would not be able to tolerate the noise level.

Mine sounds the same as when the 2 panels are on. But mine has a tight seal.

Does anyone know if there is any difference other than the notches in the header bar on the newer design top? I have the older design on my 2023 but the header on Sunrider isn't actually touching the striker plates when closed. If that's the only change I don't know if it would make much difference in my case. I've got some whistling noise on the driver side that I'm trying to get rid of, I've made some adjustments and added some weatherstripping but haven't been able to totally get rid of it.

I bought my Sunrider second hand so I don't think I'd have any luck dealing with Bestop. Would have been nice to know to look for the newer design when I bought it, I really hate when companies make design changes like without updating the part number.

Two things helped:
1st: I pushed the entire assembly rearward as much as possible when tightening the mount bolts.
2nd: I moved the driver's side windshield header striker forward 1/8-1/4 inch. Your results may vary as there is significant space to move them around. Ultimately, the latch wasn't retracting the way it should, that's when I realized the striker was mispositioned relative to the soft top.
Just wondering how this applies to the newer versions of the sunrider.. the unit attached by lining up the oem bolt holes and reusing those.. it’s a fixed location.. not sure how u can move the unit back at all.. there is also a center brace that makes it a fixed location as well.. I just pitched my unit and the instructions are updated to 4/24
