Blend date - how common is it for production to continue well past the posted blend date on your order ?

It's 9/2 and its still showing as "In Production"

Can someone tell me what the f*** is going on here?!

Blend 9/1/21, in production 9/2, and built 9/3/21 -

Once it’s in transit phase is there a way to track it ? Where do you get tracking info ??
