Blind Spot stopped working?

BLIS seems to have stopped working after the June update. I can never get it to go off(mirror blis)

its enabled in menus, tried disabling and enabling many times

Its in the menu as a option, I have no errors. i know when i messed up the mirror(suma mirrors) while installing, i had some error.

I had the same issue 2 weeks ago and I just adjusted the wires behind the mirror and it started working. Mine quit only on the drivers side on a weekend trip then 2 days later after fumbling with it the problem resolved. I also have the suma mirrors with install issues as well originally. But I did have a error on mine when this happened.

so looking into this some more, i'm still confused, no error in fordpass
no error on dashboard
blis can be turned on and off via nav screen
driver side is directly waterproof and sealed crimp connection,
passenger side is the oem connector. no issues.

blis just stop showing warning lights
fuse is shared with backup camera etc, and i have no issues with those.

It’s the Suma mirrors, my lights stopped working a long time ago also.

Were you able to get any support from Suma? They've been ghosting my email for a year now. I was contemplating to replace the burnt LED on my own if that's even doable.

They replaced mine. Took about 2 weeks of back and forth
How long after the purchase date did you get it replaced? They claim that they only have one year factory warranty from the delivery date.

How long after the purchase date did you get it replaced? They claim that they only have one year factory warranty from the delivery date.
One year 9 months... I got the replacement on July 2024. Maybe their policies have changed since
