When my phone is connected to the bronco anyone I call can only here static and sounds really bad any idea 💡

I’m having same issue. I’m going to try to delete phone and pair again. It may just be a glitch in the matrix.

I tried that multiple times and made calls without car running radio off etc,if you have luck let me know 😊

Picking up this thread 1 this is definitely a software issue for the car, so I will be specific about my conditions so someone @Ford can QA:
  • 2021 4 door Bronco badlands with 12” screen and B&O stereo
  • Phone connects to vehicle and can make and receive clear calls
  • If I adjust volume using the head unit control knob or change gears, such as from Drive to Reverse, the phone becomes scratchy
  • Phone will not become clear unless I disconnect from the car and talk on my phone device or end the call and call back from the vehicle
  • This issue is very predictable to reproduce
