BNSF Tracking help!

Just got my rail car tracking number but don’t know how to track it through Bnsf. I’ve searched and can’t find an answer. All I’ve seen on their website is having to register but it’s only through company accounts. Any help would be appreciated. And if you can find it in the search, then just call me dumb and give me the info. Thanks.

If you call th CSX number it will track the rail car after it has transferred to BNSF.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)

I have attempted this multiple times and basically get a no record response. The other BNSF link above does not work either by rail car# or VIN3. Oh well.
