I'm more of a scotch guy, but my bourbon of choice is Copper City Bourbon. Made right here in AZ

Balcones in Waco, TX has the best stuff I’ve tasted. Generally drink their cheaper stuff (Pot Still and Baby Blue), but I believe there Texas Single Malt is the top rated.
I’ve been wanting to taste Balcones, but I’ve never had an opportunity. I’ve heard good things though!

The "house" go-to bourbon is typically Knob Creek; but will spring for some Basil Hayden's fairly frequently as well.

I am also more of a scotch person, but I do enjoy buffalo trace and woodford. I haven't explored bourbon much, I've also tried Wellers, McKenna, four roses, eagle rare, so I think I've given it a fair chance, still wouldn't choose bourbon if scotch was an option.

i'll drink my scotch neat, less often with one cube of ice just to change up the flavor.

I will use bourbon as a mixer though, so when I make Kentucky mules (ginger beer, whiskey, lime, that's it!) I will use either wild turkey 101 or makers.

A lot of pricey bourbon there. I like them all, especially from Kentucky. Colonel Taylor a current favorite.
