I have seen some older posts about this but it looks to be specific to the 2.3 Broncos. Curious if anyone with a 2.7 has seen this or knows anything about it.

Got in it last night after it ran a minute or two from remote start. Hit the start button and immediately had the check brake system warning message and the red brake warning light appear. The parking brake was not on, but I engaged/disengaged it; no changes. I turned it off and started again, but the message still came up. The pedals felt ok, so I engaged drive and moved forward and back a few feet with the brakes appearing to work fine. Engaged drive and pulled out of my driveway and the lights turned off after about 20 feet. Did not come back on again and seemed ok driving, albeit only about 2,000 feet on a quick errand.
