Bronco Build week 4/29

I did $500. Noticing the inventory climbing a bit too, special orders that were backed out of when it came time to sign on the line. Also noticing some discounting on MSRP happening in my area too, but not by much. Doubt I’ll press for it personally. I want my guy to get his full commission. If this were a more mainstream vehicle, perhaps I would argue for it. But given the uniqueness of it and my plan to drive it daily for a couple of years and then move it to weekend toy / 3rd car to keep the mileage decent, I’m ok with not getting the $1,500 discount.

I'm 934/995, which probably means near end of the shift so tired workers with one eye on the clock...

I went to the dealership today to try to give them a deposit and they wouldn't take it. They said it is my car and I don't have to do anything else until it arrives. Said they'd call when it arrives and give me 48 hours to claim. I told them I was concerned they'd call me when I'm on vacation and they said not to worry, they'd work with me. I'm praying it arrives before I go on vacation early June, but who knows.

Still in prodiction mode, blend date tomorrow the 1st, but now the tracker includes my dealership info and contact point…

I found this thread interesting. Basically, some folks are setting up the Ford Pass App for their Bronco and are able to track their vehicle from the factory to dealer. It all depends on someone at the factory completing the "in car" requirements to connect.

My original blend date was 04/29 but my AsBuilt wasn't updated until today. Ford's tracker also just updated late last night to "In Production 04/30/2024".

Mine was yesterday and no. Nothing even written next to "in production", still just a green dot. Checked on the modules too, nothing.

Ordered a Badlands with blend date 05/03 build 297/939. No deposit at the dealer.

Just did a quick scan on this thread. I saw 13 people with the 4/29 build week. Five have not got (or not posted) their blend date from their window sticker yet. Also, the only dates so far are 4/30, 5/1 and 5/2. Hope the five remaining get thier window sticker the next couple days.

no date for me yet. Tracker says "In Production". Last updated 4/25. Fingers crossed I get the date soon! Good luck and congrats to all here!!
