That's a good video, when the lights are on and the switch is not lit up to indicate any selection and it's dinging at you, you know the switch has malfunctioned.
2021 Base - We started having this issue in the spring at about 6,000 miles, the lights would turn on randomly - in a parking lot after dinner, in the garage even if no one has driven the Bronco in two days, no rhyme or reason to it. We just got used to double checking it, but I've been bugging the dealership to get a replacement as soon as it was available.
We just got the switch replaced yesterday. The tech said they weren't sure if what Ford sent them was an upgraded switch or just a replacement one (which may have the same issue) because the part number is the same. He said he would have to take out the old one and compare the engineering number on each switch to see if this new one is a newer version. They think this new switch should be the fix, but time will tell. I will update here if this switch fails, no news is good news.
Has anyone had the headlight knob stop working completely? The knob turns, but it is stuck in the on position so my lights are on until my battery dies.
