Bronco Sas Suspension the same as Bilstein 5160 ?

I couldn't help but notice the striking similarities between the Sas suspension and the Bilstein 5160. These can't be the same???

If you look on youtube for Shock Surplus channel, they have a Bronco they are trying a lot of the coil over options out on. They have a video they compared the ride of the Stock sasquatch and the 5100s.
