So when I park my Bronco in the garage at night and start it in the AM, as soon as I put it into park, the back end seems to come up in befoe moving suggesting the shocks on the Sasquatch are under load. Is it just mine or is this a quirk?

If it's a 2.7, you have assisted brakes which are powered up upon start. It is also obvious when the auto stop/start system kicks on/off.

It is under load when you are holding it with the brakes and the engine running. The engine torque will tend to compress the suspension. When you put it in park, you have disconnected that engine power.
