I got a text from the local dealer that a 2-door Wildtrak was available. Apparently the guy who ordered it decided not to follow through on the purchase. Brought it home on May 17th.

Assembled and tested my motorcycle carrier today, love it!

It rides and handles really nice with it back there, not awkward at all! We'll see when i put the adv bike on it but minimal sagging and the 2 door wasn't odd at all on the highway, over bumps, or in corners with this on.

Took delivery of a Wildtrak in cactus gray. Love it - but that tire shine from the dealer has got to go...

Hit some deep puddles off-roading today, as we got caught in some thunderstorms. Going through the puddles had water shooting up over the roof and pouring down the rear window!

Took me 23 minutes at the car wash to just get all the mud and debris off of everything and everywhere, but it was all worth it! Another fun father-and-son outing.

Azure Gray Metallic BASE. 7MT. $26K through the Grangtober deal, plus here in the B6G found some stock Badlands takeoffs for $1,200, so I’m at $27.5K all in. And I live in a state with no sales tax.

Original MSRP was 29,995 on a no option base. (Jan 2021) If I remember correctly they were either 2K or 3K off invoice. Discount was off invoice which is less than MSRP.
