Loading the tracker with no info provided into it now currently provides a random persons VIN and order number, as well as dealer information.

Exact same issues here. First, it came back with error messages. Then, it loaded that F350 on it's own. Now, it shows my Bronco delivery date is TBD. I asked the dealer to try their portal and see what they show.

Mine had someone else VIN and order number as well. When I changed it to mine, it has an ETA on 08/15/2021. Waiting on dealer to verify.

Yeah, I DM'd Ford on Twitter about their order page just providing random customers VINs, order numbers, dealership info, and other supposedly "secure" information.

My thought is they are prepping to roll out the MY22 stuff, plus finalize the rollover orders in accordance with their schedule, no?

I still wouldn’t dismiss it, you may have been moved to week of 10/18. I was in 10/18 and got a window sticker link this morning, but no sticker. Multiple people in the 10/18 build week group had the same happen over the last few days, link but no sticker.

My information is now populated with another person‘s order. I since can’t remember my order number but I do have my VIN. Where can I find my order number? Was it included in any of Ford’s emails? It is different from my reservation number

Anyone else with a build date try and use the tracker? Stalking it this morning and when I enter my order number and vin number an error message pops up asking me to enter a valid order #/VIN.

Anyone else having issues? My imagination is telling me it's canceled somewhere since it continues to be pushed.

You do need the order# and VIN#. It is not up to date and does so randomly. Not a lot of faith in it. I also have a Ranger on order. Track it with no changes other than "ordered". Dealer gave me the build date and estimated delivery date. Tracker still shown nothing. Others have reported no updates and then they get a call from their dealer....their order arrived.

Yeah, Kim, you're onto something. When a VIN auto-populates with the CORRECT order#? On my computer??? Way past just weird....but danged unsettling. For a moment I thought I had to drive to FL to go get it...alas, not mine.

It's definitely not supposed to be spitting out other peoples VINs and matching order numbers. They've got a huge problem on their hands.

Anyone having issues with the order tracker today? Normally it auto populates your information when you click on the email link, but not currently populating any information and don’t have my order number written down.

You can find the order # on the top right of your dealer order summery.
